I’m a Post Doctoral fellow in Technology Innovation Hub at the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi. I received a PhD in electronics and communication engineering from National Institute of Technology Jalandhar in 2022.
Broadly, my research areas overlap Human Computer Interaction, affective and physiological computing, serious games for health, assistive technologies, and Indian Knowledge System inspired approaches for mental wellbeing. I develop affordable biofeedback systems, video games for health, non-medicative interventions for stress management, and rehabilitation tools for neurodiverse populations. My teaching emphasizes project-based learning supported by interactive tools and open-source pedagogical resources.
I mostly use open-source tools/technologies in my work. When I’m not researching, I enjoy exploring new ideas, learning new technologies, or building something fun and creative.
